SECTION 01

Intellectual property

The RDC methodology — including the Three-Phase Deterministic Resilience framework, the GDSP® classification system, the Resilience Performance Contribution metric (Rpc%), and all associated formulas, algorithms, and analytical techniques — is the exclusive intellectual property of Motaz Fahmi AlBashitie / RDC FINTECH | RDC Institutional Fintech Platform. It is protected under United States patent application (pending), federal trade-secret law (18 U.S.C. § 1836), and copyright (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).

No investment advice

Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, an offer, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to enter into any transaction. RDC FINTECH provides analytical assessment of institutional resilience. It does not arrange, place, or solicit capital, and does not act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or placement agent.

SECTION 03

No proprietary interest

Neither Motaz Fahmi AlBashitie nor RDC FINTECH holds any ownership, equity, debt, derivative, advisory, or other financial or beneficial interest or position in any of the institutions, securities, or counterparties featured in the Case Studies library. Each case study is selected and presented solely to validate and illustrate the RDC methodology. Should any such interest exist at the time of publication or arise thereafter, it will be expressly and conspicuously disclosed in the relevant materials.

SECTION 04

Governing law & forum

All engagements and use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Dallas, Texas shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to any Agreement, without limiting either party’s right to seek urgent injunctive or protective relief before any court of competent jurisdiction.

The governing law and place of jurisdiction are designated by reference to the principal place of business, presently Dallas, Texas. Should that principal place of business change, RDC FINTECH may designate the governing law and forum corresponding to its new address for engagements entered into after the change takes effect, by publishing the revised terms in advance. Any such change applies prospectively only.
